How can I make a new install of MySQL work on my system?
I have already installed the MySQL server.
I notice my services.MSc is not showing MySQL instance.

Dear Yug

The service is missing from the list in your Services.msc program. Please see what should be there if the install is correct from the Attached image.

This means that the install did not work correctly.

Please can you reinstall MySQL making sure to install the server...Post screenshots with questions if necessarily...
